AI Camera Movement currently provides camera-movement references, educational guides, a browser-based prompt builder, and an experimental image-to-video workflow. We also provide labeled links to external AI services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The public site does not currently sell its own subscriptions, credit packs, or one-time paid products. Existing payment-related code or account infrastructure does not itself constitute a public paid offer. If direct paid products launch later, pricing and purchase terms will be presented before checkout and these Terms will be updated as needed.
Links to services such as Higgsfield may be affiliate links. If you purchase or subscribe on an external site, the transaction is between you and that provider and is governed by the provider's pricing, billing, refund, privacy, and account terms. We do not control the external provider's model availability or generation results. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Our image-to-video feature may rely on third-party AI infrastructure. AI outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, unavailable, or different from the prompt. We do not guarantee a particular visual result, processing time, model availability, or uninterrupted service.
You retain your rights in images, prompts, and other material you provide. You grant us the limited permission necessary to transmit, process, store, and return that material solely to operate the feature you request and maintain the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the material you submit.
Camera-movement definitions, prompt examples, and model guides are provided for educational and practical reference. Provider features change over time, so model-specific statements may become outdated. Where possible, model claims are tied to cited provider documentation.
Site code, original editorial text, interface design, branding, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, models, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification and commentary.
Some present or future features may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, cost, provider availability, or product changes.
The site and tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or third-party services.
We may update these Terms as the public product changes. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Use the contact method published on the site for questions about these Terms.
